I am an artist and my main mode of expression is through a mixture of drawinig, painting and collage, and mostly via abstract imagery. The situated nature of my art allows me to explore issues of affective relatedness to social and cultural contexts, and to express and communicate these via non objective imagery, using a language that for me speaks clearer, louder and deeper than words. The dynamic processes involved in interrogating personal journeys and discoveries are by nature fluid and unpredictable and allude to internal and private insight. I describe the approach as a visual meta-ethnography.

Recently i have been intrigued by contradictions of identity and my work has involved an examination of dualisms such as anima and persona. Presently, i am tentatively exploring the use of photography as a means of observing my persona from outside of me.
